Program: 

Day 1 Departure From Manila to Banaue Ifugao Philippines Via Private Transportation.( 420kms) 9 - 10 hours Drive. 

5:00am - Meet Vagabondpinas Team for your tour to the mountains, sit back and enjoy the ride while traversing different cities and provinces going to Banaue. you will have lunch on a local restaurant along the way and we will have 2 -3 stops for this journey. in the afternoon, we will proceed to Banaue view point terraces, 2000-year old terraces that were carved into the mountains of the Cordilleras by the Ifugaos. The Rice Terraces are commonly referred to as the "Eighth Wonders of the World”, and a Unesco World Heritage Site. The terraces, built by hand are located approximately 1500 meters (5000 ft) above sea level and cover 10,360 square kilometers (about 4000 square miles) of mountainside. After visiting the view point, we will proceed to your accommodation and stay for the night.

Day 2 Banaue - Bangaan - Batad discovery/ Unesco world heritage site.

enjoy your breakfast with the view of Banaue terraces and at 8:00am your guide will pick you up with your private jeepney to start your mountain tour. you will have 2 stops for mountain village for photos and we will make a stop in one of the Unesco heritage site Bangaan Village. Learn with locals how to prepare rice from farming to harvesting and to cooking. after this visit we continue our journey to Batad Village using our jeepney. at around 10:30 am we will arrive at the end of the road and our walk will start here to batad village , it is just a short walk to see the magnificent Batad village. After arriving from the view point, we continue to our accommodation to leave our bags for our discovery around Batad.  as we  continue our discovery of batad  we will walk through rice paddies and to the village up to the highest point of the terraces, the most scenic view of the trip,  it has stunning amphitheater like terraces.  After the view point we will continue our walk to Tappia waterfalls, a perfect spot to cool off after a hike through batad. The crystal clear water of the falls are inviting for a swim and the serene surroandings offer the perfect setting to relax and unwind.  at around 2:00pm we start our hike back to the village and around 4:00pm, Installation in your accommodation, enjoy the view of Batad Rice terraces as we set a bonfire and  enjoy the rest of the evening.

Day 3 Batad - Banaue - Manila 

Good Morning! Enjoy the view of Batad while having your breakfast and coffee and at around 7:00am we start our walk to the end of the road and meet our jeepney.  at around. 8:00am  we Arrive in Banaue to meet your private van and we say goodbye to the mountains as we proceed our journey back to manila.  we will have stops for breaks  and at around 6:00pm, arrival in our drop off station and end of our service.
